Willy fine-tuned his skills in leading organizational change, building high performing teams and in devising innovative incentive systems with General Electric, RCA Corp. and with Galileo International. Assisting executives in driving change by creating urgency, focus and alignment, with a keen eye for the communications implications and insights into the relationships that need to be sustained and cultivated along the way, is an ongoing focus of his work. In addition, Willy was the President of SEI, a wholesale distributor of consumer electronics and appliances throughout the Midwest. He has a broad range of international experience and is keenly interested in leadership in global organizations. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and a MBA in Industrial Relations from Indiana University.

Naomi Siebert
Naomi
Siebert serves as an Executive Assistant to the President of
Executive Coaching Concepts. Naomi has a Bachelor of Science in
Medical Technology. She was employed as a staff Medical
Technologist in both university and for profit hospital
transfusion services for over 10 years. After pursuing an MBA,
Naomi went on to manage a Physician Office Laboratory outreach
program, where her prime focus was marketing hospital-based
laboratory services to doctor’s offices. Midway through her
career, Naomi decided to leave the hospital arena and chose to
pursue an opportunity at the College of American Pathologists
(CAP), a medical association based in Northfield, Illinois. At
the CAP, Naomi was part of the Purchasing Department, initially
as a Materials Management Specialist and later as a Contracts
Specialist. In her roles at the CAP, Naomi was responsible for
sourcing medical survey materials and negotiating contracts with
external materials suppliers. Naomi earned both her Bachelor of
Science and MBA degrees from the University of Illinois at
Chicago.
